Absent treatments are those treatments given to an individual at a distance from the practitioner, whether the distance is very short or far away.  Absent treatments may be given to a person in the next room, building, a distant city, country, or in any place or circumstance.

For absent treatment requests, please include the person's name; location, i.e. city and state; hospital name if hospitalized, and the medical diagnosis or symptoms if known.
